Leader: Luis Muños Marín, 1st Governor of Puerto Rico

UA: "Boricua Pride"; Receive 75% more Trade Routes; Embarked units expend 1 Movement going from sea to land; Sugar provides +5 Culture.

UU: Borinqueneer; Train Puerto Rico's unique Infantry replacement early in the Modern Era and use them to attack enemy cities. Gains experience at double the rate of a typical Infantry, and starts with the Amphibious promotion.

UB: Coastal Fort; Not only will the Coastal Fort help keep enemies at bay, it will provide +2 Happiness and provide +15 XP to all troops trained in the city of its construction.

I am a HUGE fan of your state mods, I use them in multiplayer games with my friends a lot! I was curious if you were going to continue with different themes, like US territories beyond PR or perhaps Canadian provinces?
