Esper

Adds the psychic practitioner class, the Esper. Smite foes with the power of mind, dealing high non-elemental magic damage and debilitating foes with potent effects. Available to anyone with 350 Tactician XP and 450 Balancer XP.

• Psyshock - Deal non-elemental magic damage and cancel spellcasting, but can't be reused for 35t.
  
• Telekinesis - Push target in the chosen direction, deal non-elemental magic damage, and inflict -1 move for a turn, but can't be reused for 55t.
  
• Hypnosis - Hypnotize target and put them to sleep, but can't be reused for 70t.
  
• Frustration - Lash out all around you and push targets 1 tile, deal non-elemental magic damage based on how low your current HP and morale is, but can't be reused for 85t.
  
• Mind Blast - Unleash a cone of psychic energy that deals non-elemental magic damage and stuns, but can't be reused for 125t.

• Precognition - Gain +17t at the start of combat, but -1 move on the first turn.
  
• Telepathy - Increases the range of psychic and verbal abilities by 1 tile (ex. Battlecry, Psyshock, Now!).
  
• Zen - Reduces the cooldown of abilities by 40%.
