Method

Location: Depths: Tower of Trial II

Buff yourself to be able to one-shot one of the Executioner Type Losts on the first level (~12k HP) and use Night Fog Veil.
Jump down and kill the right Executioner Type Lost.
Use Mistle Root and repeat.

Don't bother killing the left Executioner Type Lost. He seems to have a different drop table.
On my farm runs I was averaging 53 marks per hour (173 repetitions per hour).

Build

My setup is based on the Judgement’s Shadow (Hades) Build[fextralife.com].

You won't need to replicate the full build. I was already able to hit 14k+ charged strong attacks with this setup:

Blood Code: Hades
Weapon: Judgement Edge +10
Passive Gifts: Two-Handed Sword Mastery, Strength Up, Strength/Dexterity Up, Revenant's Greed (increases drop chance to ~30%)
Active Gifts: Night Fog Veil, Flashing Fang

If you are struggling to one-shot the enemy, check out the active gifts section of this build[fextralife.com]. The enemy also seems to be weak to blood damage, so the Blood Weapon active gift would also be a good option to buff your damage.

damn I wish I knew it 5 or 6 years ago when I played this game and gave up on 100% it due to that achievement

What a stupid achievement... I was really enjoying the game till I saw you need a coop buddy (to do it quickly) and 400 MARKS?!?!?! FOUR HUNDRED. What the absolute hell...

but

I came here, to the steam guides page in hopes there was a way to do this solo, quickly or braindead watching a show while I press like 3 buttons.

Thank you so much for this... honestly... I was about to pull out whats left of my hair trying to farm this without a method. Now I can enjoy a TV show while I, Indeed, braindead farm! Thank you!

Seems they patched this farm. They didn't drop any medal now :(

I use different setup:
Ishtar Code.
Weapon - Argent Wolf Brand +10 (two-handed).
Armor - GXS Assault (Geyser).
Passive Skills: Revenant's Greed (mandatory), Two-Handed Sword Mastery, Strength/Dexterity Up, Strength/Vitality Up.
Active Skills: Flashing Fang, Blow of Madness, Overdrive, Adrenaline, Flame weapon. All skills must be activated at once.
Item - Camouflage.
Fast teleport - same (Mistle Root).
One charged attack (hold right mouse button, 11k+).

Man this is by far the best method of all(online and offline). I used a timer and used this method and I got 63 medals in just an hour. It’s also the easiest method of all since it doesn’t need much effort and you can’t die once you understand what you have to do. Play some music and the trophy will be easy with this guide

I can't do it with one blow, 5.5k and that's it.

Should be faster if you use Execution (gift) for the one-shot instead of charging up a slow melee attack. As an added bonus you can easily have Quick movement to get in faster

Blood Code: Artemis
Veil: Suicide Spur +10
Weapon: Pipe of Thralldom
Passives: Swift Destruction and Revenant's Greed, Willpower Up, Strength/Willpower Up
Actives: Execution, Dark Shout, Night Fog Veil

Buff Night Fog and Dark Shout (same as in the video with Night Fog and Flashing Fang), then walk up to the enemy and cast Execution.

I have tried this build, has been the 5 more boring hours of my life but the achievement got unlocked on my alt as well, thank you comrade for saving me hours of fruitless multiplayer search!
