Install:
Download the mod from the link above, extract the "media" and "sound" folders, then in the media folder, choose whatever background you want and make 5 copy of them and put them all back to the menu folder. Put those media and sound folders into "left4dead2" and replace the original folders.

It's version 2 with 5 more new backgrounds.

This mod has no sound so it will work with the original sound track of the game. Or you can get yourself one if you don't like the original sound track.
