There is vJoy Virtual Joystick project found on GitHub.
Here's the stuff: vJoy[github.com]

All you need — just download the latest release from the Assets section (vJoySetup-2.2.1-signed.exe for now):


install it and...
...
run the game. That's all!

Found out that if i disconnect all other deveices (keyboard, mouse) it runs a lot better...
