Compatible with The Silence and The Fury and the latest version of the required mod.
This is a submod to my Shadow Phoenix mod that allows all High Elf factions to recruit the Shadow Phoenix and its Regiment of Renown rather than just Nagarythe.

Load this ABOVE the original Shadow Phoenix mod and the Radious submod if you have it.
