This guide is to handle 2 important parts of getting the obscure achievement, "Farewell my light-minded god". Does not spoil the main game, but read on with caution if you like figuring easter eggs out yourself.

The biggest part is - You (currently) can't get this achievement after having played the game before! If you have seen the main menu (with New Game, Settings, etc), you have gone past it. I have ways around that in a later section.

First of all, how do you get it. Steps are actually really simple (assuming you haven't skipped it):

1. Open a fresh (or modified) version of the game
   
2. At the Language select screen, go back and forth between English and Russian
   
3. After enough times, Kir has an existential crisis and shoots his nog, earning you the achievement
   
4. Select your language and proceed as normal

Easy, right?

Now, that language select screen is only seen once. But there are ways around it.

Here is the basic formula:

1. Turn off cloud saves. Right click the game in your library, go to properties, make sure Cloud Sync is NOT ticked.
   
2. Find the save data. Typically found somewhere like "C:/Users/Whomever/AppData/Local/Knock_Harder/"
   
3. Locate Lucid.ini, and if you are feeling cautious, make a copy elsewhere/renamed in that folder
   
4. If you are confident in handling things - Go into Lucid.ini and find the Settings section, then Lang="2.000000" or Lang="1.000000" (English or Russian respectively)
   
5. Change that line to "Lang=0.000000", save, and start up the game. You should see the select screen!
   
6. Optionally, if you are not confident modifying files - You can just move the whole thing elsewhere, start the game up, get the achievement, leave the game, then put the file back

After you have your achievement (and your old save back), don't forget to turns Cloud Sync back on! (If you want to, of course)

While not a hard achievement, it is a nice easter egg, and easy to miss. Hope this guide helps somebody!
