I have never personally used a keyboard with a Prt Syr key instead of a Prt Sc key as you mentioned but your issue is quite interesting as I found out after purchasing a 60% keyboard that they don't have a Prt Sc key at all. So, for all the users who don't have a Prt Sc key on their keyboard you can use a registry editing tool like sharpkeys [github.com] and re-assign an un-used key on your keyboard to the Prt Sc key. I personally re-mapped the Option Key (whose function is basically that of a rightclick and I never use it) to Prt Sc key on my 60% keyboard and it's working normally like a Prt Sc key works on a full sized keyboard for windows and in the game accessibilities.

Sooooo.... what if you don't have the Prt Sc, and you have Prt Syr? is it the same thing as Prt Sc, because I've used Prt Syr before and it works for screenshots.

why do you need the documents folder of need for speed heat? The screenshots taken by steam overlay are stored in steam's directory.

There is no Need for speed Heat folder inside the documents folder for me. Please help.

turn off overlay (I think ctrl was the toggle button) and use F12 to take screenshots, this way the screenshots will appear in your steam library and you will be able to share it on the steam community
