well, you have finished all endings from A - F? You found the keypad, enter the code and finished the perfect ending? did you see that door with the lock in the technical rooms? the key is in a shelf, a room before...what you found is a secret vision, use it and look around, it helps alot ;-).

note, he plays ending C, but its ending D, so start is @ 6:28.

i have a screenshot from a map (so its a big spoiler), there you see the way to all endings and stuff (dont remember the way to D exactly, i know which ending it is, but the way, from the start, nope).

Is there a 'D' ending?
I got ABCEF.
Yet, I didn't find any keypad or any technical room.
