Nice easy one, but the green field need not turned off, and tutorials can stand for elimination.

Steps, main game:
1. Create a portal link between the barred open alcove and green field alcove.
2. Put cube onto the bar.
3. Walk to the barred alcove by way of green field alcove.
4. Take the cube from the bar to the fizzler off button in green alcove.
5. Go to fizzler alcove and reposition portal.
6. Bring in cube from across the portal and sit on white field button.
7. Go to Exit alcove by way of portal to green and walk there.
8. Do the same thing, solved.
