IGNOREABLE SITUATIONS
First we look at the ignoreable situations, there are many situations that don't require your attention at all; or situations that the caller can solve by themselves. This section will be dedicated to such situations.

CAT IN A TREE
For this situation you should ALWAYS ignore it, this provides 0 reputation gain nor penalty.

LOUD PARTY
This situation may imply that drugs are being used, but it doesn't penalize you if you ignore it, it usually has high number of suspects, thus wasting your time and resources.

(call) LOUD APARTMENT NEIGHBOURS
If the caller feels threatened by them, then you should send a POLICE unit, otherwise, just ignore.

PUBLIC DRINKING
Same as "LOUD PARTY" drinking in public in U.S.A is legal. As long as you're not driving or had too much(wasted).

(call) HYPERACTIVE DAUGHTER
If you get a call about a hyper active daughter (14 years old) and running around the caller's place you can safely ignore it, you can advise the caller to call child services instead of 911.

(call) SMOKING CAR
If you get a call about a smoking car, you can safely tell them to put out the fire themselves with a fire extinguisher in the trunk.

HELP WITH MATH
If you get a call from a child asking you to help with his math, you can safely ignore it, or you can play along to get an achievement. "Order of Smile"

COMPUTER GAME
If you get a call from someone wanting to make a game about 911 dispatchers, you can safely ignore it, or direct them to the office.

(call) Doesn't talk , doesn't press digit, its butt dialed

(+) Broken Bone ( 2 blood)

(+) Pedestrian hit ( 2 blood)

(+) Drugs Overdose ( 2 blood)

(P)(+)Home Invasion ( 1 blood, multi suspects)

+P Beating (1 blood, multi suspects)

(+) Broken bone ( 2 blood)

Reckless daugter(phone) (Ignore)

(+) Heart attack ( 2 blood)

(call) Strange car (solved +3)

(call) guys fighting, if they leave peacefully, ignore if they get in car, chase!

(call) Bat (do not ignore)

(+) Serious Intoxication (2 blood)
NON MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
(+) Loss of conciousness (1 blood)
Because this situation is not heavy injury, you can send other units (preferably with Medkits)

(+) Sharp tool injury (1 blood)
This situation may seem dangerous, but you can send another unit (preferably with Medkits) just remember to save them on time so you don't get penalty reputation.
