Welcome to Kentucky, the Bluegrass State!

Leader: Daniel Boone, Fronteirsman and Statesman

UA: "Bluegrass State"; Receive 100% more Horses and 50% more Coal, each of which produces +1 Culture.

UB: Distillery; Distilleries boost the Happiness of the population. Also provides some Culture. Creates a single source of Bourbon.

UB: Racetrack; Racetracks not only provide added Happiness and Culture but also breed Horses, giving Kentucky +1. The Racetrack also offers +15% Production for Mounted Units. Provides +2 Tourism upon the discovery of Flight.

UW: Fort Knox; Increases and decreases the effectiveness of enemy Spies by 99% in this City and by 10% in all Kentucky Cities. Must have built a Mint in 3 Cities. Will provide a free Mint in every other city. Fort Knox provides two extra Trade Routes.

UR: Bourbon; Provides +4 Happiness.

Unfortunately Kentucky is broken as race tracks needs hordes to build ... as racetracks replaces colosseum it means if on of your citys has no horces, racetracks cant be build and so andy afterwards happyness buildings can't be build as well ... even the bonus building by having colossiums in every city ... can't be build. Please fix that,
