Changes ammo crafting recipes, traders ammo stocks, ammo economy.

- Ammo is like a currency. There is no minimal price (0.50$) on it, trade multiplier is 15% (instead of 40%).
- Traders pack animals are not army trucks full of mortar shells anymore. Arriving traders will try to not bring exploding stuff for sale.
- All traders ammo stocks are significantly lower. Relations with factions affect available ammo supply of their traders.
- Ammo recipes output decreased by 25 times(slider). Most of them require chemfuel.

Seems to work fine on 1.4 at least as far as crafting is concerned. No red errors.

...So another mod bites the dust. *sigh*. Thanks for the response and don't get me wrong, I'm not annoyed at you or any other modder - my frustration is channeled solely at devs for not leaving this game alone so modding becomes stable at last, instead breaking them over and over again.

Oops, very sorry, accidentally deleted @Stormtrooper 's question about the update.
Honestly, idk, haven't changed anything in the mod file, exact same as the one author uploaded to ludeon forums. I'm not very active in modding these days.

really awesome mod! however, there looks to be a conflict with Vanilla Genetics Expanded, any chance for a fix?
