Foggy Vision Mutation

Fog will limit your vision to just a few feet. Have fun with that.
Blindness from boomers last 5 seconds longer than normal.
Lower ammo capacities for guns. To discourage blindly firing into the fog.

Note: Does not look good on some campaigns, like Dead Air (Orange fog)

Private Jessup, If you download the "Slow Zombies - Requested" mod and the Singleplayer Enabler, it won't spawn any bots, and will have really slow zombies.

Okami Senpai: Fog is increased anywhere Fog is programmed into the map. Most interior areas have fog (just less fog than outside). So no it is not for outside areas only. If the map is designed in such a way that there is no fog inside, then it may work only outside on that particular map.
