You can use hints to help you get the achievements (they are spoiler free) but if you want, you can go right away to the solutions (obviously can contains story spoilers)

There's one not "Secret Achievement" here about the watch, because I remember it was a pain for me to get that one and base on statistics I see other people have problem with that one too. So I will help you :)

Hint: There are 2 roads in the 1st story. The one where you are thrilled and the one you're not. Well... It's not gonna be easy, but you have to do it.

Solution: Read the telegram, pick second option "it will be hard" (or sth like that). Then look at the watch. You won't pick it up. In the discussion with Patrick explain him that you have to break things up between you two. At some point conversation will go to the watch. Tell him you want to give it back

Solution (choices)
At the beginning
- Oh my, This is going to be rough
(then I checked the drawer with a watch, not sure if it's necessary
- Actually, let's have a drink first
- So... I think we need to talk
- I'm sorry, Patrick... We can't keep doing this

Go back to drawer, take watch, return it to Patrick

Hint After heating discussion, just go to the bathroom, but not after you did something you can't take back

Solution After Patrick tells you he's breaking up with you and you need to sit down and talk, go into the bathroom and look in the mirror

Solution At the beginning of the second story, we see character in a bed. Don't do anything. Wait till achievement will pop out (I think it was a minute or 2)

Hint When you're armed, just go and try to break things upstairs

Solution Break the vasin after getting the letter about it, then go take the bar near the fireplace and go up to where you threw the vasin and click it

Solution: Even if it will "stop" the ritual, just use the knife on the parts in order from the poster.
