INTRODUCTION
1. You need to create an offline server
( Mode : Practice With Bots )

2. Enable Developer Console
Settings > Game

3 .Type these commands in Developer Console
- sv_cheats 1
- mp_drop_knife_enable 1
- *knife command* eg. give weapon_knife_karambit;ent_fire weapon_knife addoutput "classname weapon_knifegg"
