Описание
Welcome to Connecticut, the Constitution State!

Leader: Ella T. Grasso, 83rd Governor of Connecticut

UA: "Insurance Coverage"; Enjoy a selection of "Insurance Policies" unique to Connecticut, providing protection for everything from Lost Cities to Empire Unhappiness.

UB: Country Club; Connecticut's unique Country Club replaces the Observatory (for which a proper, low-lying Connecticut should have no need) and provides extra happiness for your more "uppity" citizens.

UB: Insurance Firm; Connecticut's unique Insurance Firm greatly improves a city's ability to produce Gold. The city must possess a Bank before it can be constructed.

UW: Glass House; Connecticut's Glass House replaces the Tourist Center, and only needs a fraction of the Hotels in order to be built. It dramatically increases tourism to Connecticut and is useful for pursuing a culture victory.

You made my home state look good, which is something that Connecticut couldn't do it self.

Ratman - Ha! I love that. I've been to Hartford many times.
King of Callisto - great catch, thank you!

Little typo in the Insurance Firm: it says "The city must possess a Bank before the it can be constructed." Gonna be sure to try this out- it seems like a unique economy-driven civ!

Unique Improvement: I-84; Replaces the railroad, halves the movement speed of all units near the capitol of Hartford.

Okay but seriously, this is a wonderful little mod you've put together representing my home state and you made me bust a gut while browsing the workshop. I'll be sure to try it
