The Patrol Boat Riverine is a small, rigid hulled boat designed for shallow water use. The craft was built for the Vietnam war effort. Manned by a crew of four, the Patrol Boat Riverine had a top speed of about 30 knots, and had room for 3 armaments. It is said a prototype was developed in just seven days for the Navy from an existing boat hull by Willis Slane & Jack Hargrave of Hatteras Yachts.
