WAL Respawn

This mod adds space respawn options to the respawn menu.

The first is the Cargo Skiff Mk2, a small hydrogen ship with the basics for survival and the capability to land on planets, the second is a WAL Dropship fitted with a survival kit and accessible H2/O2 generators for refilling bottles.

Out of the ships built for the WAL Fleet mod, these are the 2 I think are best to use as respawn ships. I made this mod for myself and as a few people have looked at the WAL Fleet, I thought this might be nice to add in, I've already made it so why not.
