These waggon cars were built around 1940s.

Tomu 19000 was great steel-body waggon car before WW2, and based on other variates.
Tomu 11000 was wood body waggon car which body of Tomu 19000 was exchanged from steel to wood.
Tomu 50000 was wartime-designed one based on Tomu 11000.
Tomu 39000 was renovated from Tomu 19000, exchanged their body from steel to wood.

Finally, these wooden waggon cars were basically the same shape.
