Checked in the devmode: manhunting packs are peacefull, only mental breaks happening are catatonic cause they're hediffs and not mental states, berserk psycast and insanity lance don't work (that's how I noticed), and in general giving a mental state to a pawn doesn't do anything.

In there you can see, that I added Trade UI Revised to the save, but I checked, that wasn't the issue.
