Convert to a Monarchy

描述
This mod allows you to convert any non-monarchy government type into an Adminstrative Monarchy at the cost of 1 stability. You must be at peace to be able to convert your government type.

The AI cannot use this decision and the mod affects your checksum so you cannot play Ironman mode.

Nice idea, but somehow useless because you can't convert your own vassals with it.

Not even with "tag console" because the state has to be free.

That's extremely annoying :(
