Colony Groups add-on to tighten up your Colonist Bar UI

Smaller default group and Create Group UI for Colony Groups. I will likely push the smaller UI after our Icon customization menu is revamped - but for now this will do.

Requires: Colony Groups (obviously?)

A way to customize the position of your caravan's colonist bar would be nice, too, while on the topic of tightening up the UI.
