Use the Deluxe whip so that you dont take any fall damage

Get the lucky fall blessing (i'm not sure what's it called) so that you can have a chance to heal upon taking fall damage.

Now just grapple on to a high place and let yourself fall without rolling at the end of the fall, keep doing this until you gain two health (you can only heal 2 health, it can be buggy some times)
