For about 6 months now most of the Cosmetic Items are gone..and we still dont have any official answers if will come back,but there is a way to still spent some of your currency you collect by play the game on some items.

All you have to do is to dc from your internet or play steam in offline and log in into the game and after go to Cosmetic Vendor and you will have few more items..they still refresh every once in a while so if you want something unique (that isn't in marketplace or it is but with real cash) check everytime you feel like..after you purchased what you like,exit from game and get back online and the item will be in your inventory.
