Step 1
Bump your head into Bob's skull to make the brain stem flail around.

Step 2
Hold a knife close to Bob's head and wait for the stem to hit it, separating the brain.
If this takes too long, restart the process.

Step 3
Grab the fresh brain and smash it into Bob's skull, this can be done either by pushing it in with your head, or smashing it in with your hand.
