Opis
Parmelion said he would make a submod to revert the change to 4 ideas per national idea unlocked. As far as I know, he did not, so I did it myself.

Works on existing savegames, but only after you take your next idea (i.e. if you already have 3 ideas, you won't get a national idea until you take a 4th, but then on the 6th, 9th, etc. you will get your NIs).

Literally only changes defines.lua, so it shouldn't cause issues with any other mods.

No reason why it shouldn't. You can edit the version string in the .mod file (or I might get around to it eventually)
