It's okay. Just remember to give credit to creators who's things you used when making your creations, like the magazine. People and creators normally really don't like it when proper credit isn't given. This and your m1 garand are cool though.

I believe you didn't steal the gun, it looks and works different. But, you should have credited lego for the magazine in the first place.

If u think I stole the gun, go f**k yourself please, there's the different system, I just took a magazine, cuz its probably impossible to make another magazine system which is close to reality, stop commenting about it, try to make the same gun, with the system no one used before, then complain
