Count to 30 seconds in your head. when it reaches 30, check your watch and start counting again
Ignore static if you hear it

Observe every wall you can see when running by them.

Run towards low rumbling sounds, made by the exit.

Continue walking if you hear a noise that sounds like a crowd. If you hear this, run in the OPPOSITE direction that it is coming from.

Check watch if you aren't sure if it has been 30 seconds yet
