Basically, it's a flamethrower.
However, it doesn't have fire damage, but have 95 base damage.
If you don't know what does that means:
Holding M1 for less than 1s will "kill" a zeal heavy swat.
At the same time, it can "kill" a DS Minidozer in 5s w/ crit.
This is the reason.
Remember, it's a flamethrower, so it's rate of fire is 2000. That's already insane.

Both Build #1 and Build #2's weapons are the same.

Well, after 1 year, I finally realized that hacker is a better rogue.
NL is included.
However, no HT, means that you might need more aggressive play style.
Weapons have no difference to first one.
By the way, rogue have a better weapon swapping speed, means Aggressive Reload works better on rogue, so they are the same as good in this kind scenario.
Just choose one that you prefer.

Confident Basic/Ace (Not recommended to remove it, 2 jokers are better than 1)
Joker Basic (Even more not recommended to remove it, but Hacker doesn't need joker if you can kill like a god and can dodge every bullet)

Yeah, you know that's a joke.
Basically, just some basic dodge things, like run around or something.
HOWEVER:
-Cash Blaster can reach about 12-16m (tbh idk). If there's an enemy, just do it. Sometimes it can even hit sniper.
-You have a Cavity, so kill sniper / dozer with it.
-When you need to reload your Cash Blaster: Headshot an enemy with Cavity first. It will make reload faster for about 5s.
-DON'T HOLD M1. Its ammo pickup is a very big problem. Just tap it when you want to kill 1 enemy.

If you are using Build #2:
-It's okay to run into a place that has 69 enemies and brainlessly kill everyone, just use PCM before doing that. To be honest, this is extremely risky, so I don't recommend doing so.
-Also, get Unseen Strike ready before you start melting enemy group. It makes everything faster.

To be honest, this is a great weapon.
It can make me laugh when I used it to kill somebody.
And the stats are very good.

So, please, overkill.
It's a masterpiece.
DON'T REMOVE IT.
