~/Library/Application Support/Glitch Pitch/Idol Manager/data/
I found this info posted by the developer [itch.io], and in the dialog that triggers Fujimoto says he's "starting to wonder right now if you’ve actually experienced the last 150 years, or whether you found some way to skip forward in time”, so I believe the developer’s intention was for us to edit the file
C:\Users\ your computer’s username \Appdata\LocalLow\Glitch Pitch\Idol Manager\data\story_mode
I edited the auto_save JSON (and manual_save json to be safe) using Notepad. I used ctrl+F to search for "staticVars__dateTime" and edited the year to 150 years later. After opening the game I did have to manually load the auto save, but then the date changed! You do have to let a few days pass to trigger each dialog with Fujimoto, but the achievement should trigger after the 150 year dialog!
for the first the event never falls and the second I finished the game several times with all the tutorials in green but nothing new after, an idea ?
1) for the "Deal with it" achievement and if you're completing the achievement via editing your save file: the max stat number is 400000
2) if you're editing your save file for maxing out your relationship or influence on your idol, the max stat number is 512 (ofc you can out a higher number and it would still work, but it kinda crashes the graphics of relationship tab)
