Folsom Tower (Should be MIRA Tower)

Location: 280 Spear Street, San Francisco, California

MIRA tower is 129m tall, it was still under construction when I visited it irl in San Francisco. Probably finished by now. The striking spiraling structure gives each unit unique window layout.

Dimensions: 5 X 5
Tris: ~13k
In game title: Folsom Tower

I've thought of making this into a residential growable but the looks of it make it too stand out and figured people wouldn't really want it to be everywhere so decided against it. Idk why the name Folsom stuck into my head it should be named MIRA tower but oh well...enjoy!

@jwest569 thank you! I made the asset according to the blueprint actually and curve-wise it’s accurate to the real world. And yeah I agree some compromises had to be made to lower the tris count 😢

The real building turned out to be a beauty IRL

this asset is sweet glad to use it....could use more curve to it.. Also the windows are slightly set-in from the wall itself.. helps create that realistic dynamic :)
