Euphorium is part of a tutorial on Making Mods. If you'd like to follow the tutorial, you can find it here:

The mod itself adds a drug that can be made out of Insect Jelly, Neutroamine and Ambrosia. The drug gives a massive boost to a whole bunch of stats.

The followup tutorial is called "Wormax" and goes into detail about creating mods with code:
