This Coffee Talk guide will lead you through all of the 14 days of the main story.
I've also added some useful combinations of drinks you can serve for the endless mode and information for all of the optional achievements you can get.

Achievements gained:

by starting the game: "Welcome to Coffee Talk"
by brewing your first drink (just follow the story): "First Brew"
by drawing your first Latte Art: "It's a masterpiece!"

optional:
by throwing away your first drink: "Let me start over" (completely optional, just trash your drink once to get the achievement; it's not relevant for the story)
by trashing a total of 25 drinks: "Stop it!" (if you're interested, trash all 5 drinks on one day, load the game and do it until you've trashed about 25 drinks in total)

by finishing Lua and Baileys' arc: "Love of my life" (you won't get it if you've served one of them a wrong drink once, keep that in mind!)
by serving Gala the right drink when he comes in as a werewolf: "Gala had a fit!" (again, you won't get it if you've served one of them a wrong drink once, keep that in mind!)

Achievements gained:

by finishing Gala and Hydes' arc: "There's a spark" (you won't get it if you've served one of them a wrong drink once, keep that in mind!)
by getting all of the gallery artworks: "Art Connoisseur" (for this one you had to serve the wrong drink to Freya on day 11 when she has actually ordered an Espresso)

Note: On this day you won't have to serve any drinks, just follow the story and enjoy the ending!

Note 2.0: After the credits you will talk to a mysterious person which will unlock the following achievements:

"Interstellar support"
by simply finishing the whole story: "Is that it?"

Optional Achievements

"Listen to all the songs":
Open the smartphone on your left, skip through all of the songs on the app called "Shuffld".

Note: There's no need to listen to each song entirely.
"Barista Guru":
For this you have to serve a total of 50 drinks correctly in only 1 session of playing the challenge mode (gets harder the more drinks you've already served)
Note: It's best to use the first, easier costumers to get plenty of extra time for the harder drinks later. That's why you should make the drinks as fast as possible in the beginning and make the rather easier ones (e.g.: Espresso: Coffee, Coffee, Coffee)
"Master Brewer":
Unlock all of the special drinks (best to unlock when playing the endless mode)

Note: The ingredient order doesn't matter at all.

Note 2.0: It's best to unlock all of the drinks before finishing the story mode (which makes it easier if they ask for them and don't say the ingredients)

"God of Caffeine":
After plyaing through the whole story, you have to load Day 1, 3, 8 and 14 and go through the dialogues (you can skip most of it; there will be a change in one part which you can't skip and it will be different from before!)
"Art takes time":
Just get into the free mode, brew a cup of Coffee Latte or something and open the Latte Art before serving, leave it open for about an 1 hour to get this achievement.
Note: It might happen that you won't get it, so try serving the drink. If you still didn't get it, try it again. It might take some time. I recommend playing something else or watching videos while leaving it open in the background.
"Coffee and Chill":
Simply get all of the achievements.

@mitsu I said it KINDA does on the ENDLESS mode part, please learn to read. The guide over all is great, yes. TYVM guide maker, just maybe improve a bit.

This guide is extremely wonderful, and to the person who said it sucks due to the lack of combos, look up another guide. I found one {链接已删除} where every single combo is listed, it isn't that hard to look stuff up. :/ But otherwise a very useful guide!!

Your guide kinda sux on the Endless mode, ngl. There's multiple combos that you don't show here and I keep getting wrong drinks trying to figure things out.

Update to my below post...

I finally decided to give it another try. This time I started a new session and loaded Day 1. Then I trashed 5 drinks and served 1 to the first customer (It was Coffee, Coffee, Coffee). After a few dialogs passed (after the point where she tried the drink and liked it) I selected the option to go to the Main Menu and from there I selected Load Game and started Day 1 again. I repeated the process 4 more times and I got the achievement during the last set before trashing all 5 drinks. But I continued by serving the Coffee, Coffee, Coffee again to the first customer and waited for her response to trying it before I went to the Main Menu again. Hopefully this keeps track so I get the achievement for getting all of the achievements at the end...

I have a similar question about the Stop It! achievement, only I'm on Xbox. I started Day 1 and trashed 4 drinks, then accidentally served 1, so I waited until the next customer and trashed the last drink and served one. After that I was more careful and just kept reloading Day 1 and trashing 5 drinks before serving 1. I did this 5 times in a row after the initial set above, yet the achievement progress still shows 0% and I have not received the achievement yet...

Is there something special you have to do in addition to trashing 5 drinks and then serving 1 before reloading?

Is the achievement progress supposed to track and show percentage completed as you trash drinks or do you magically get the achievement from 0 progress to completed once you finally trash enough drinks to trigger it?

I have a question about the day 1 optional achievement of trashing all the 25 drinks. Do I have to do all the customers on the first day and then load the game, re-do it again or do I actually have to trash ALL the customers in the entire game, or do I have to trash the first customer's espresso five times? I'm a bit confused about that optional achievement part!

Somehow, I tried doing both but when I got to second customer, it made me trash my second drink and when I did trash the first customer's espresso five times, it didn't give my trash 25 drinks achievement a huge progress. Maybe the developers have patched the exploit or whatever it's called.
