DISCLAIMER!
The ratings of each power and their difficulty to use are based on my opinions and experiences
with the powers themselves, but each player has their own way to play, if someone wants to be tactical with drone? Let them, if someone wants to be aggressive or powerful with Unstoppable and Takedown respectively? No reason to stop them, if someone wants to be sneaky with Prank Caller? They're playing their own way. If you think I am wrong about my opinions please remember everyone plays in their own way, just because someone says something about a certain thing, that does not mean that the statement they made is the end all be all for that thing they talked about.
Takedown
"You're a little bit stronger than your peers, enough to take on an adult enemy from behind and knock them down, dazing them for about 10 seconds - as long as they don't see you coming, first."

Takedown - T1
If you sneak up behind a target sleeper or lucid and press R, you will instantly pin them on the ground, giving you ten seconds to run away or to hide from the target. This is not very useful at first, but it gets better the more you upgrade it.

Advanced Grappling - T2
This is where Takedown starts to shine in its usage, allowing you to grapple onto an enemy from the front or sides, basically giving you free get out of jail free cards when lucids and sleepers are chasing you (that is if you don't already have a way to fend them off).

And Stay Down! - T3
This makes the power more versatile, though more risky when used, as you can press R on a pinned enemy to effectively remove them from the mission entirely, but you can only use it on one target at a time, and they count as tranquilized bodies, giving you a ton of sin if a sleeper, lucid, or stalker run into the body.

Brawler - T4
This is the simplest upgrade of them all, it allows you to get your next takedown almost immediately.

Rating out of five?
I'd rank this at 3 as it's useful for players who are just starting out and can barely get around sleepers without getting caught, but when you slowly but surely get better at the game this power just becomes a sin factory that nevers ends.

Difficulty?
By far this is the easiest power to use for both newbies and pros as it is a part of one of your core moves to takedown enemies.
Prank Caller
"Upgrade your phone to be able to spoof a call to a target Sleepwalker's monitoring device. The Sleepwalker will be distracted and listen to the pre-recorded voice message, allowing you to sneak by without being heard."

Prank Caller - T1
When you are close enough to a sleeper, press R while looking at them to spoof a call onto their phone, allowing you to sneak by without being heard by said sleeper.

Off The Grid - T2
Your phone has been upgraded even further, allowing you to disable cameras for a short period of time, to do so, look at a camera while being close enough to it and press R to disable it for 15 seconds, enough to walk past it to do whatever is needed for a mission.

War Dial - T3
Your phone has been boosted past its capabilities by allowing you to prank call Lucids now! This is when Prank Caller is a really useful power, as Lucids are a major annoyance when it comes to stealth (and stalkers but not many people play stalker anymore).

Remote Disarm - T4
This allows you to disable speed traps and acoustic traps with your phone, leaving them disabled for the same 15 seconds as with cameras.

L337 - T5
This lets your power recover 2/3's quicker than before on top of disabled security lasting twice as long, making disabling speed traps, acoustic traps, and cameras last 30 seconds instead of 15.

Rating out of five?
Solid four, useful both for newbies and pros alike, as it helps stealth players keep sneaking around without having to worry about much sin being gathered up for them, though prank calling does add a bit of sin.

Difficulty?
I'd say it's medium difficulty, as it can be useful if you know when to use it correctly, if you're sneaking on grass or carpet, there's no reason to use it as you make very little noise anyway.
Unstoppable
"You collect pain and channel it with a crystalline focus that can protect your body from harm and exhaustion for a short period of time."

Unstoppable - T1
Hold R to channel your energy to prevent pain and exhaustion for 10 seconds straight, effectively letting you run forever and take as much damage as you want without ever actually taking it. The only way to recharge this power is to take more damage.

Unstoppable 2 - T2
Falling and other wounds are reduced by 20% when not using the power.

Unstoppable 3 - T3
You climb quickly even when exhausted when not using the power.

Unstoppable 4 - T4
When near a teammate, both of you obtain *enhanced stamina regeneration. (I don't know what the game means by this, maybe the same stamina regen when with three other teammates?)

Indomitable - T5
You process pain more efficiently, allowing you to activate Unstoppable twice as often.

Rating out of five?
A perfect 5, this can save you in a ton of situations where your only option is running (can't shove because of low health, running from shape, running from enemies chasing you, tanking damage, etc.)

Difficulty?
The difficulty of this power solely depends on how good you are with managing stamina and health, as you are forced to take damage to get your power back, and since your stamina ties directly to your health you are forced to semi-permanently run slower and run for a shorter duration without the power in use, so the difficulty can be hard for newbies but easy for pros, and that's why T5 is the best upgrade out of any of them.
Drone
"You can bring your own small drone quadcopter with you. With a silent motor and upgradeable camera system, it's a nice way to surveil your surroundings without putting yourself in harms' way."

Drone - T1
You are given a drone controller as a permanent item you can't drop, you can click with it to activate your drone with the item out, at this state you can fly it all around in a small distance around you. Pressing F while in drone view will allow you to control your character once again. If you decide to stop controlling your drone, it will stay in the same place you left it, waiting to be re-acquired to be used again. Holding down Left Mouse Button will prompt two more actions shown on the controller screen, Fly and Recall. Pressing F while in this menu puts you in drone view once again while hitting right click will signal your drone to automatically fly back to you using pathfinding. If your drone runs into an enemy, it will break and drop on the ground, all you can do now is find the drone again and grab it, but luckily holding Left Mouse Button in this state will show you the distance between you and your drone, in case you forget where it got destroyed. Other teammates can grab your drone and bring it back to you if it is broken.

UFO - T2
While in drone view, pressing R will cause a noise to sound, distracting enemies nearby. This essentially gives you infinite noise makers, but the noise is less effective as it is quieter than noise makers.

Eye In The Sky - T3
Your drone has been upgraded to include a camera, now while in drone view, you can record evidence with the Right Mouse Button.

Drone Strike - T4
Your drone has been upgraded once more to include a taser and the ability to shoot tranquilizer darts, effectively giving you every hero item in the game if you use the Grapple Hook.

Signal Boost - T5
Doubles(?) the range of your drone.

Rating out of five?
Drone sits at a solid three out of five as the utility you get with this power is tremendous, but you are forced to stay behind your team so you can use your power, so your power is only really useful in select situations: needing to record something, needing to distract an enemy, needing to take out an enemy from range.

Difficulty?
The difficulty of this power is significantly lower than any other power as your most useful abilities are ones that doesn't gather sin, recording and shooting tranquilizer darts (as long as the body isn't found you don't gain sin from shooting the tranquilizer darts)
