I made this quick guide for accesing to personality effects while playing. I hope you find it useful.

When you're training, the entire farm will recieve a bonus stat, acording to the Leader's personality and farm goods. You can change your Digimon's personality using patches, these can be brought in the shop in Eden - Entrace.

Here's the personality list:

Fighter: Increases ATK. Patch unlockable in store at Chapter 7 (Cyber Sleuth)
Defender: Increases DEF. Patch unlockable in store at Chapter 12 (Cyber Sleuth)
Brainy: Increases INT. Patch unlockable in store at Chapter 12 (Cyber Sleuth)
Nimble: Increases SPD. Patch unlockable in store at Chapter 12 (Cyber Sleuth)
Durable: Increases HP. Patch unlockable in store at Chapter 7 (Cyber Sleuth)
Lively: Increases SP. Patch unlockable in store at Chapter 7 (Cyber Sleuth)

Also, there's two personalities for developing items or investigating, these also can be changed using patches.

Builder: Reduces item development time. Patch unlockable in store at Chapter 2 (Cyber Sleuth)
Searcher: Reduces investigation time. Patch unlockable in store at Chapter 2 (Cyber Sleuth)
