Gittin' goin'
First things first, create a new scene and give it a name so we can get the ball rolling.
Now in your editor screen underneath the task bar on the top right, there are three buttons.
Go ahead and click the Components button to draw up a list of functions to use in the editor.
Let's start by making a background.
Click and drag the function that says Background Image under Images list on the right hand side.
You can drop it at the bottom middle half of the screen.
Now a list of Properties will spring up in the left hand side of the editor.
Click the Browse button found here.
Find your own image you want to use as the scene background.
You must double click the filename once added to input that image into the scene.
Next under properties you can add a transition effect.
The are numerous effects, but I plumped for using a Slide and Fade, which would seem like the characters opened the front door to their new house in my novel.
You can also add the duration time.
Next in the scene, you might want to add some background music.
Under Media on the right hand side, drag and drop Play Music underneath where you just placed your background.
Same process as before, on the right hand side, click the Browse button and find your audio file and don't forget to double click it to add it to the scene.
Further settings allow you to adjust volume, add fade and also Loop which I think is a great feature.
Next we want some narration maybe, so head over to the right hand panel and scroll down to Effects.
Here you want to drag and drop Show Text underneath your two previous commands.
You will notice no properties show up with this one, it's just an instruction to the game to start displaying text over the background layers (took me a while to figure this out!)
OK, to actually add some text that will display in game, go to Story on the right hand side and choose Text.
Drag and drop under your Show text command and this time click on the actual command, the little arrow symbol next to the delete cross symbol on your function.
This will allow you to input your character's name who is speaking and then display the text underneath.
So you've set your first background, added some music and narration. Sweet!
That really about covers it for the basics for getting started.
You can test preview your game by clicking the Play symbol in the task bar at the top right.
Have fun creating!

I like the simplicity of this engine , Although i find it almost identical to tyrano builder in many ways very god though easy to grasp
