Instant Healing I, Instant Cure, Strength, Poison, Saturation, Camouflage. (NOTE: You must craft your own Clay Vials for Camouflage to be profitable.)
As an added bonus, there are two Lumberjack vendors along the way. Buy all their Logs, turn them into Shovels, sell them back, then buy all their Planks with the profit you just made. Easy.
Some suggestions:
The herbalists collection rate is pathetic. You can gather hundreds of berries yourself in a few minutes. It isn't worth putting it in until later, especially since you'll be tempted to waste money unlocking recipes for it and your manpower is better used elsewhere
I put the well in when you do, although to be honest that could wait until you are larger and ready to staff it; for the player it is easy enough to fill a couple buckets from the river. Just buy a couple of buckets for phase1. Buying recipes really doesn't payoff until you are going to produce things for sale OR your villagers need them, for personal use just buy what you need. Also recommend buying a set of iron tools/weapons as you can afford them.
I'd add a 2nd woodcutter in there end of phase 2/beginning of 3.
