She is shown to have an attitude in which she can hardly care about anything, very similar to how sans does not care about much at all. Along with the fact that they can show up relatively quickly, and out of nowhere, they clearly have similar abilities. They are also remarkably friendly to the player, which is uncommon compared to the rest of the inhabitants of such a world.

They are also both short, and all short people are obviously sans.
