There is "free mission" option when you start the game. Chose mercenary difficulty and first mission as well as best plane possible. Or worst. Your pick.

Beat the mission and achievement should unlock.

Why are you just giving away your save file?

Look at my Nexus profile, this isn't first game I have put save files on nexus.
