I got 3 locations at 24/25. I know which one I'm missing but the collectibles are just not in their spots (even looked up videos and walked around in case they were invisible).

Is there any fix or anything I could do?

Thank you for these maps. I don't care about the reward for getting the collectibles. I care that the tickets give you $25 a pop.

Downtown I only found one of the two points near the parking lot in the bottom right corner, but I don't know where they went

I have looked everywhere for the last rim, but I cant find it. I've been to every green dot location about 4 times now and I cant find it. I see everyone talking about the parking lot rim I found that rim already so im not sure which one im missing.

Check the balconies of the apartment complex on the south side

for some reason I cannot find the last fun ticket. either it's by the building by the north most white dot or it's is by the apartment complex on the south of the map

Found it. It might have been moved apparently. Still thank you to who posted the screen shot.
The Downtown map is inaccurate for the one in the parking ramp. *Seems like that's the one that was moved.

So, only one more hubcap left to have all the collectibles in the game. Been to all the locations on the map at least a dozen times. *The hubcap under the roof in the hall in the building with the awnings was the last one i found for 24/25. THX to the map for that one.
I still need one more.
Did i mention i've been to all the locations at least 6 times? *Even found a boundary glitch to get under the city. 1 more still to get.
