as in the beginning you want to go to that factory! if your new to the game and don't know WHERE the factory is I tell you. The factory is near the bridge that leads to nothing but water.

Now sense your at the power plant you want to go into the electric box! It is at the north of the power plant, so you would want to go on top of it!

Now stay there until something orange pops up on you, once you got that, you have a 10 minute timer to use the power, the timer is next to the map. If the power runs out well then go to the factory and do the same thing again! And this was how to get flash...And also if your wondering no it does not come with a flash skin.
