Get everyone angry/get cops on you. NT: best way to do this is slapping as you get stars aswell.

Go into any water fountain, and stay as close to the middle as you can. (don't go to the top)

Once you do that, wait for 2+ people to arrive to you.

Walk near them while there's about a second between them punching you, and then go back to the middle.

There, its even more effective when you get a lot of people.
