A hex suggested by ♠Blake, The Gambling Hero♠ !!

Includes 2 effects:
- Bullet (buzz_bullet)
- Hair (buzz_cut)

I did not make the original model, I simply separated the pieces.

Requires TF2 to work.

i think as aanother idea, maybe a seperated version of the Mountebank's Masque? and maybe even for it to be Spy Compatable cause of it being similar to Le Party Phantom?
