The map itself is a little too large for 1v1, I find, but it's a pretty good 2v2 size. I like how the VP at the bottom, where you have to fight through a village with a graveyard at its centre, juxtaposes nicely with the abandoned trenches from '39 at the top VP. There's lots of room all over for armour movement and flanking, and overall, I really like it. There are some cover issues in the graveyard, though, with there being green cover even where there are no tomebstones. Other than that, though, I didn't find any issues.
Overall, I'd give it an 8/10.
Other changes include a more detailed minimap image (see top right) and modified trenches.
The trenches have been damaged in some areas to allow for infantry to enter the trenches without vaulting. This will improve non-micro'd unit pathing and give players more options for entering the area ans well as making the trenches look more battle worn and realistic. Curves have been removed from trenches to make them look more realistic. Angular joints are now used.
I will update screenshots and loading screen image shortly.
Thanks everyone for the great feedback
