Since there's no full achievement guide in English so I decided to do so ;)
This guide has been divided to a few sections, Items and How to Get Them, Craftables, Room and Basement

How do you play this game:
Use your mouse.
Right click can navigate your character to the place you wanted OR
Left click on item to perform actions or navigate there

First time making guides so leave comments if anything's missing!

Note: All items are not in order.

1. Lighter
Use sofa, point cursor at lighter, grab it.

2. Bullet
Use sofa, point cursor at bullet, grab it.

3. Crowbar
Use wardrobe, point cursor at toolbox, grab it.

4. Screwdriver
Use wardrobe, point cursor at toolbox, grab it.

5. Necktie
Use wardrobe, point cursor at necktie, grab it.

6. Bed Sheets
Point cursor at bed sheets, grab it.

7. Book
Use bed, point cursor at book, grab it.

8. Champagne
Use fridge, point cursor at champagne, grab it.

9. Drain Cleaner
Use stove, point cursor at cleaning products, grab it.

10. Alcohol
Use stove, point cursor at cleaning products, grab it.

11. Herb Cutter
Point cursor at herb cutter, grab it.

12. Danish Cookies
Point cursor at upper drawer, grab it.

13. Sewing Kit
From Danish Cookies, use it.

14. Thimble
From Danish Cookies, use it.

15. Pot
Point cursor at lower drawer, grab it.

16. Hair Dryer
Use mirror, point cursor at hair dryer, grab it.

17. Duct Tape
Use mirror, point cursor at duct tape, grab it.

18. Sleeping Pills
Use mirror, point cursor at pills, grab it.

19. Shiny thing
Point cursor at shiny thing (beside toilet), grab it.

20. Bowling Ball
Stand below the bowling ball position, use pot (wear as helmet), use crowbar on the bowling ball.
The bowling ball will fall on the floor, point cursor at bowling ball, grab it.

21. Unloaded Gun
Use shiny thing (aka small key) on drawers (from wardrobe), grab it.

22. Oil
Point cursor at oil (beside the web), grab it.

23. Steak In A Can (TM)
Point cursor at steak in a can (tm), grab it.

24. Shears
Point cursor at gardening equipment, grab it.

25. Gloves
Point cursor at gardening equipment, grab it.

26. Cage Door
Use shears on parrot cage.

27. Wrench
Use shears on parrot cage, then use duct tape on parrot cage. Then, go upstairs and comeback to check if the mouse is stuck at the parrot cage. Point cursor at mouse hole, grab it.

28. Secret Letters (Achievement for Secret Admirer)
Use shears on parrot cage, then use duct tape on parrot cage. Then, go upstairs and comeback to check if the mouse is stuck at the parrot cage. Point cursor at mouse hole, grab it. After grab Wrench, point cursor at mouse hole, grab again.

29. Pedal
Use wrench on bike.

30. Beauty Case
Use duct tape on shelf, then use crowbar on beauty case.

31. Bobby Pin
Point cursor at beauty case, grab it.

32. Hair Spray
Point cursor at beauty case, grab it.

From some items that you get, you can stack the use to craft a new item. (Might have missed some of them or I written on other section)

1. Loaded Gun
Unloaded Gun + Bullet.

2. Sticky Cutter
Herb Cutter + Duct Tape.

3. Torch
Crowbar + Bed Sheets.

3. Fueled Torch
Torch + Alcohol.

4. Pot (with Oil)
Oil + Pot.

5. Boiling Pot
Use Pot (with Oil) on stove.

6. Flamethrower (gives Hank Scorpio achievement)
Lighter + Hair Spray.

7. Music Box (Usable)
Music Box (Unusable) + Pedal.

These are the first 18 achievements (+10 additional achievements) that you can to get from your room before proceed to the next level at basement (basement minimum requirement: 18 ways of death):

1. For dummies
Just complete the tutorial when you first start the game.

2. We'll Die Eventually
Start the game, press Esc and quit the current game.

3. Walk XXXX Meters (4 achievements)
Just walk around for XXXX meters.

Applicable for:
Couch Potato (100m), Mildly active (500m),
Fitness is a lifestyle (1500m), Runner's high (5000m)

4. Mind your head
Open the window and use crowbar to hold the window, then look outside and grab the crowbar. The window falls down and hit your neck without killing you.

5. Dead Tired
Use the bed to fold it up. Then, use screwdriver on bed hinge to loose the screw and use the bed again to let it down. The loosen screws cause the bed to be unstable and crush you into pieces.

6. Pretty Ironic
Read the book until you get papercut. Your finger bleeds nonstop causing your death.

7. Strike
Use crowbar on the bowling ball above the wardrobe. The bowing ball falls and knocks on your head causing your death.

8. Caution, Wet Floor
Use bathtub to fill it with water, then use bathtub again to bath. When your character is in the bathtub, point cursor on clothes to wear them back. You stand on the wet floor and tripped, causing your death.

9. Instant Diet
Use bathtub to fill it with water, then use drain cleaner on the bathtub to create corrosive bathwater. Then, use bathtub again to bath. The corrosive bathwater cause you die instantly.

10. I Believe I Can Fly
Use the window to open it and use crowbar to prevent it shut, then look outside and 'walk outwards'. You fall from the window and die.

11. Big Pharma's Revenge
Use herb cutter on champagne to open it. Then, use champagne with sleeping pills. You ate the pills while drinking the champagne causing your death.

12. That's No Toaster
Use hair dryer on the AC socket, then use the bathtub. When your character is in the bathtub, point cursor on hair dryer and use it. The hair dryer falls into the bathtub causing you electrocuted to death.

13. Hang In There
Use sewing kit on necktie to make it stronger and use necktie on beam to make a noose, then use toilet to make yourself lighter. Go back to your noose and use it to hang yourself to death.

14. A Warm Toast
Use champagne on microwave. It explodes immediately and you die.

15. Mr. Bay Is Full Of S**t
Use small key to get unloaded gun, then use loaded gun on gas cylinder. Use lighter on the gas cylinder, it produces fire which further burn on your body until you die.

16. Death From Above
Use lit torch on both beams to burn them, you will notice the cracks. The beam can't support the ceiling anymore causing it crush you into pieces.

17. I'm Shocked
Use bowling bowl on toilet to throw it in, then use flush to flush the water out. Use mirror to open it and use screwdriver on AC socket. You will be electrocuted to death.

18. Vive la Révolution
Open the window and use crowbar to hold the window, use sticky cutter on window to make a head chopper. Then, look outside and grab the crowbar. The window falls down and the cutter chops your neck.

19. Vaccines Cause Autism
Use crowbar on the loose plank, then use it when you see the nails there. Rusty nails cause you death.

20. To Bee Or Not To Bee
Use crowbar on the loose plank, then use crowbar on the wasp nest. The bees will come and sting you to death.

21. Burn Baby Burn
Use crowbar on the loose plank, use lit torch on the wasp nest. The bees with fire will come and sting you and you're burnt to death.

22. Fashion Police
Use necktie on beam near the sofa, then hang yourself. The necktie rips and you fall down from it. Use the lit torch to burn the beam, your necktie gets burnt as well.

23. Bookworm
Read all book entries which is total of 101. You can do this by reading the book once, quit to menu, and start again. (Do not close/exit the whole game while doing this unless you saved your game)

24. Sadistic Player
Enable dying on same method twice, then die from any method you done before.

25. Pleasantly Understated Credit Sequence
From main menu, press credit and just watch until the end.

These are the late 12 achievements (+ 3 additional achievements) that you can get from basement after unlocking the door at your room:

1. I'm Freezing
Use bowling ball on the shelf, then walk into the freezer. The bowling ball falls on top of the freezer and you froze to death.

2. I Believe I Can Fry
Use oil on the pot, then use the pot on the stove. Finally, use the boiling pot from your inventory and your skin is being fried.

3. The Amazing Spider-Death
Use crowbar on the loose plank, use the hair spray on the wasp nest. Then, use gloves on the wasp nest to pick up the wasp, use the wasp on the web. A spider comes to eat the wasp while you touched it causing you death.

14. Backfire (Recommended to do before Burn Baby Burn)
Use hair spray on wasp nest, then use lighter on wasp nest to create fire. Use alcohol on the burning nest. The fire follows the direction of alcohol causing the fire running backwards to you and burnt to death.

5. I Prefer The Touchpad
Use shears on parrot cage, then go upstairs and come back. Go to mouse hole and grab something from inside, a mouse rushes to you and cuts your throat to welcome your death.

6. Scared Of Clowns
Use wrench on the bike to get the pedal, then use the pedal on the music box to fix it. Use the music box and the clown jumps out of the box causing you scared to death.

7. Acid Rain
Use drain cleaner at bathtub, then go to basement and use loaded gun on pipes. The corrosive acid will spray on you causing you death.

8. A Sporadic Event
Use lighter on web, then use hair dryer on mold. The burnt mold spreads the unpleasant ashes into your nose causing your lungs to be malfunctioning and die.

9. Frank Grimes
Use bobby pin on the switchbox, then use shears on the electric panel. Grab the wires and you will be shocked to death.

10. Under The Sea
Use screwdriver on drain, then use bed sheets on drain. Use wrench on pipes. The water from leaked pipes will cause your basement filled with water and you will drown.

11. The Last Meal
Use hair spray on wasp nest, then use lighter on wasp nest to create fire. Use cage door on burning nest and use steak on the grill. You will eat the expired steak and poisoned to death.

12. Beauty Killed The Beast
Use crowbar on beauty case. The unstable shelf falls down and crush you into pieces.

13. Secret Admirer
After grabbing wrench from the mouse hole, search one more time to get the secret letter. Read all of them if you want.

14. Angel Of Death
i. Use shears on the parrot cage, then use duct tape on the parrot cage. This is to trap the mouse.
ii. Use hair spray on wasp nest, use gloves on wasp nest to grab a wasp. Then, use lighter to burn them.
ii. Use the wasp on the web. Then, the spider will come out to eat the wasp.
iii. Repeat the steps from Under The Sea.

15. Hank Scorpio
Use lighter on hair spray, you will get the flamethrower to unlock the achievement. Cool!
