Controls! The Complete Guide!

Along with regular controls which you may already know, there are certain controls that the game doesn't show you in the instruction videos, all of which this guide lists. I'm not exactly sure if this guide may come to use, but I had a problem with some of these things at first.

Old Controls
The following are controls that have been in previous Portal games

Movement
W: Forward
S: Backward
A: Left
D: Right
Move the mouse: Look around
Ctrl/Control: Crouch

Portals
Left click: Blue portal
Right click: Orange Portal

Other Stuff
E: Pick up, press buttons, etc. essentially the "use" key.
New Controls
The following are controls introduced in this game

Time Control
R: Start recording
Q: End recording
F: Begin playback

Random tips
You crouch (see "old controls") to "bend over" as shown in part 2 of the tutorial.

it works so much better if you set the time controls to 1,2,and 3. the rqf preset is just kinda jank. that said, i am enjoying the puzzles (Altho i wish there were more places for portals : (

Additional small info. Pressing either R Start Recording, or F Begin playback immediately cancels all existing Portals (so same effect as passing thru an emancipation grill). Not sure that is obvious from the tutorials,

and why is the building mode cool? the building mode is like portal 2 but with time and its funny to see people get mad at the levels of any level i made

TWTM is great .... but the timer on L6 is too short! Give me a break ... can't get through

@TheGamer72 It's a mod of the base game. It's not an original game, nor by the original developers of Portal 1 & 2.
Mods of games don't need to include the original game, but you need to own the original game.
