How to fix the jumping glitch

If you cant jump on certain places and it just sticks you to the ground here is the solution:

options>video settings>vertical sync on

That should fix the problem and stop you from destroying your keyboard

THANK YOU for this quick fix. I researched and installed a program from online that wouldn't run properly but then I tried this and it worked instantly. Some of the collectables would have been impossible to get otherwise. Upvoted. Now to figure out that darn desert pond minikit.

I turned the vertical sync on and I still encounter that glitch. And I don't have a Nivida thing in my computer. Any other ways/options to fix the problem?

When you turn on vsync either in game or on computer settings, should I restart? I’ve turned both on while playing and it didn’t work. I did restart it once to see if that would fix but I may have had vsync off in computer settings
