1. Get Hex values editor, for example: HxD[mh-nexus.de]
   
2. Open Terraria.exe with HxD (default path : your steam directory -> Steamapps -> common -> Terraria)
   
3. Press Ctrl + F for search tool and switch to Hex tab also pick Everywhere option
   
4. Search: 00 00 F0 44 80 87 0B 00 04 22 00 00 96 44
   
5. RMB -> paste with overwrite: 00 00 FF 55 80 87 0B 00 04 22 00 00 96 44
   
6. Press Floppy icon to save and you're done

Solution for this version I found in comments and made it as guide for everyone here.
Hope it will help someone else :)

For me, it changed lowest zoom level from 180% to 120%
