Step 1

Mix everything well with an immersion mixer or in a special bowl to a smooth mass. Gradually fry on both sides in a pan on a teaspoon of oil. Better using a special pan for pancakes with a low edge and a non-stick surface

Step 2

Turn it by throwing the pancake into the air using a pan, on which you catch it again (it's easy, be a pancake pro) or flip the pancake with a spatula

Step 3

Remove cooked palačinky (You will immediately understand by the color of the pancake that it is ready) to a plate and roll into a log, then spread the finished palačinky with jam/chocolate pasta
